OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Gift cards.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotions.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
SHIPPING RETURNS

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
